Lukas Kramer works tirelessly to provide creative and practical solutions to all types of employment and business disputes. He is an associate in the firm’s Employment Law Group.

Lukas represents employers in all areas of labor and employment law, handling cases involving wage-and-hour violations, discrimination, sexual harassment, wrongful termination, retaliation, unfair competition, class action defense, and Private Attorney General Act (PAGA) claims. Lukas partners closely with his clients to provide clear, practical guidance tailored to their unique needs.

Before joining Payne & Fears, Lukas gained significant experience representing private clients in complex business and commercial litigation disputes. His legal career began by defending both public and private entities in various litigation matters, encompassing labor and employment, civil rights, and construction law.

While in law school, Lukas served as a judicial extern to Justice Raymond J. Ikola of the California Court of Appeal, Fourth District, Division Three, and interned at the Santa Ana City Attorney’s Office. Outside the office, Lukas enjoys traveling to new places, spending time with family and friends, exploring new restaurants, and attending comedy shows.
