Jack McMenamin effectuates his clients’ goals in an efficient and effective manner to meet their needs. He is an associate in the firm’s Employment Litigation Group.

Jack’s practice includes representing employers in all aspects of labor and employment law and related litigation, aggressively advocating for their interests while fostering positive relationships with all client contacts and working as a team with his clients.

Prior to joining Payne & Fears, Jack defended state and national clients in labor and employment matters including, but not limited to, harassment, discrimination, retaliation, and wage-and-hour claims, including class actions and Private Attorney’s General Act (PAGA) cases.

Jack obtained his law degree from Chapman University, Dale E. Fowler School of Law in 2022. He graduated from University of California, Irvine in 2018 with a B.A. in Psychology.

When he is not working in the office, Jack enjoys spending time with his wife and son, running, playing card games, and going to baseball games.
