Beth Cook represents clients in all aspects of insurance coverage and litigation. She serves as Counsel in the firm’s Insurance Litigation Group.
Beth has significant experience working with complex litigation cases involving construction, bad faith, personal injury, and subrogation. She is detail-oriented and brings a strong background in legal writing and research to her work. Beth has played a key role in supporting numerous appellate matters in Nevada. Known for her reliability, clear communication, and excellent legal analysis, Beth consistently works to provide her clients with thoughtful and precise solutions.
Outside of the office, Beth enjoys immersing herself in new experiences through travel, indulging in her love for movies, and cheering on her favorite teams at sporting events. She also treasures spending quality time with her husband and their beloved dog, finding a balance between her professional life and personal passions.

- Obtained summary judgment on behalf of an insurance carrier client in a coverage dispute regarding application of exclusion in an automobile policy which was upheld on appeal by the Nevada Supreme Court.
- Obtained a dismissal of an insurance broker client in a coverage dispute involving COVID-19 litigation.
