Payne & Fears LLP Welcomes Damon Rubin as a New Partner in the Firm’s Los Angeles Office

Los Angeles, Calif. – December 4, 2017 — Payne & Fears LLP, a leading full service business, employment and insurance coverage law firm, is pleased to have Damon Rubin join the firm’s Los Angeles office as a business litigation partner.  Damon’s practice will focus on commercial litigation, specializing in class action matters and disputes involving contracts, unfair competition, fraud and breach of fiduciary duty.

Damon has represented businesses and individuals in various industries, including banking, finance, accounting, health care, manufacturing, real estate development, and law.

Before joining Payne & Fears, LLP, Damon was with Frandzel Robins Bloom & Csato, L.C. and Foley & Lardner LLP.  He obtained his Juris Doctor from Syracuse University College of Law and his Bachelor of Science from Loyola Marymount University.
