Jack McMenamin has joined Payne & Fears LLP as an Associate in the firm’s Employment Litigation Group, based in the Irvine office. He brings a deep understanding of labor and employment law, defending clients against claims of harassment, discrimination, retaliation, and wage-and-hour violations.

What activities do you enjoy outside of work?
I enjoy going to baseball games and spending time with my family. We enjoy long walks on the beach, going to local markets, and playing with our son at the park.
Why did you join Payne & Fears?
I joined Payne & Fears because I liked the camaraderie I felt at the firm. Payne & Fears has a strong reputation for working hard for their clients and attorneys, and I wanted to be a part of that reputation.
