Caleb Chin has joined Payne & Fears LLP as an associate attorney based in the firm’s Irvine office. Caleb represents employers in all aspects of employment litigation, including wage-and-hour, Private Attorneys General Act (“PAGA”), class action, wrongful termination, discrimination, harassment, and retaliation claims.

What activities do you enjoy outside of work?
Outside of the office, I enjoy going to the gym and playing basketball. I also bake occasionally and am learning to play the guitar. I’m a fan of both the Minnesota Vikings and the Los Angeles Lakers.
