Partners Nathan Cazier and Andrew Haeffele will present at the Insurance Law & Labor & Employment Joint Section Meeting on July 9, 2018. The topic will be: Advanced EPLI Litigation Strategies: Perspectives from the Plaintiff and Defense Bar.

The panel will discuss insurance-coverage issues that frequently arise when prosecuting and defending employment claims that are at least partially covered by Employment Practices Liability Insurance (“EPLI”). They will also discuss and analyze the difficult issues EPLI policyholders experience when defending employment claims. The panel will offer perspectives from the plaintiff and defense bar, as well as from coverage counsel.
