Sarah Odia is a commercial litigator and business advisor focused on insurance recovery, general contract claims, employment litigation, and construction defect litigation. She has a proven record of success with insurance claims prior to litigation as well as handling insurance coverage and bad faith claims, declaratory relief actions, mutli-carrier allocation and contribution scenarios, and other insurance-related disputes. Sarah also has had success defending construction defect claims, enforcing arbitration agreements, and defendant employment claims.
Sarah also has experience handling a variety of other disputes, including real estate, personal injury and other types of commercial and civil litigation. She is based in the firm's Las Vegas, Nevada office.
Sarah serves as a pro bono attorney for the Legal Aid Center of Southern Nevada's Children's Attorney Project providing counsel, advice and representation to abused and neglected children who are in foster care placement, institutions, or wards of the state. Sarah is also an active member of the Junior League of Las Vegas, an organization of women committed to promoting volunteerism, developing the potential of women and improving the community through the effective action of trained volunteers.
